To be successful designer jewellers all these decades, you need to have a super discerning, refined and very well developed sense of both the business side of our industry, and the emotional drivers that influence clients’ buying decisions.

As small business entrepreneurs, we need to have a good grasp of key concepts such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations in order to run a successful family-owned business. We need to be able to manage budgets, source exotic materials, and have the skills to attract and retain talented employees and a loooong list of other less interesting issues.

However, more important is the ability to connect with people on an emotional level and understand the deep personal significance that jewellery can hold. We need to be able to listen to you, understand your unique needs and preferences, and translate those into beautiful and meaningful pieces of jewellery that suit your budget. We need to be able to tap into the emotional drivers that motivate you to purchase jewellery, such as sentimentality, personal connection, and self-expression.

Long story short, it’s important to have both technical skills and artistic flair, as well as an understanding of the emotional psyche of people. We are in the people business, afterall. Since 1967, we’ve been combining these skills and knowledge to create customised, unique, and emotionally significant pieces of jewellery that connected with lots & lots of people over the years and help even more people to stand out! Our business is all of fifty-six years young this year and still going strong.  You be the judge if we’re succeeding in our goals  — pay us a visit and tell us…
